TSI has several telephone application software programs including softphones (a telephone on your computer) and screen pop ups via Outlook. When a call comes in it pops up the call record for the company in your Microsoft Outlook. You can speed dial any contact by simply touching the telephone icon on your computer. Email gateways allow voice mail messages to be sent to your email so you can view them from your computer or smart phone. TSI provides computer attendant consoles to allow the receptionist to process phone calls efficiently and seamlessly. Wireless phones and wireless access points allow workers to be connected to the telephone system anywhere in the building. It also allows laptops and PDAs to use the same access points.
