Instructions to change time and date on DCS systems

While on-hook at a display phone (meaning the handset is in the cradle):
press TRSF
dial 200
enter access code of 1234
press 1 to enable TRSF again

Now we can go in and change the time/date
press theTRSF button
dial 505
The screen will show old date on top and the cursor will be in position for you to enter the new information on the bottom.

OLD : 1 1 0 2 7 0 3 : 1 1 0 8
NEW : W M M D D Y Y : H H M M
W (day of the week) 0 is for Sunday, 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday and so on
MM (month) 01 for January, 02 for February and so on
DD (day of the month) Enter the date in range from 01-31
YY (year) Enter the last two digits of the year
HH (hours) Enter the hours using military time - a range of 00-24
MM (minutes) Enter a number in the range of 00-59 (continued...)
