TSI Service Options

1. Schedule a service call and a tech will arrive at your place of business. The cost is $95.00 per hour plus drive time. Minimum 1 hour.

2. Schedule a tech for desk top support with a minimum of a 1/2 hour or $47.50 per hour.

3. Purchase desk top support at $25.00 per month. Must sign up for a 12 month agreement. A tech will contact you and walk you through the basic programming as best they can. This includes both administrative and tech level programming. If the customer cannot program the phone system with the assistance of a tech you will have to schedule a service call at the above rates.

4. TSI will provide free desktop support if you purchase your voice and data circuits from us. We represent all of the carriers, such as Qwest, Comcast, Cbeyond, XO, Cedar Networks, Microtech-Tel and more.
